You can avoid an empty calls or the ones from anonymous number through the settings which can be found in the configuration through the web interface.
To do that you have to follow the steps below:
- Access the web interface of the phone and go to Account –> Advanced –> Keep Alive Type
- Under the Keep Alive Type section you will see four options to choose from
- Click on the drop down list and go to Disabled option
- For the successful form submiting you have to click Confirm in the bottom of the page.
A second option which has to be selected in order to fulfill requirement needed when avoiding a blank call from the Yealink IP phone will be switching off “Allow IP Call” option
Please follow the steps bellow

- Access the web interface of the phone by going to the Features –> General Information tab –> Allow IP Call
- Scroll a web page almost to the bottom (6th option from the bottom)
- Click on the drop down list (Allow IP Call) and select disabled
option

- Click on the drop down list (Allow IP Call) and select disabled

– Paste the link: http://files.yealink.co.uk/1/ap/Auto-p/T19/ into the field (Server URL)
– Click to Auto Provision Now !
– Confirm button to accept the changes
– Reboot a phone afterwards
This should change some settings in the configuration of the phone and stop getting unwanted ghost calls. If this does not work or you are unable to do this please contact your SIP provider as they should be able to help with this issue.
Please allow: Trusted SIP Servers only
That option can be found in “Features” Tab of the phone Web configuration the same as the others above. Please choose “Accept SIP Trust Server Only” to Enabled and press Confirm to finish the process.
Is good to have all option above applied to have a peace of mind regarding nuisance calls.
