No Audio on VOIspeed IP 6060.

Problem:

When you answer the call and there is no audio

  • Called party receives no audiocodec6060
  • You get no audio from the Called party;
  • You and called party can not hear each other at all.

 

Solution:

After you have checked that all the necessary firewall ports are opened and properly configured, access the web interface of the phone and navigate to Settings à Audio Codec Priority.

In the column “In Use” leave only G711.A codec and save the settings.
