Service Status

VOIspeed’s service status page is updated by our UK technical support team in real time.  We take responsibility for the entire network ensuring we provide the best service to our resellers and customers, monitoring our servers and networks regularly.  Our graduate (and VOIspeed trained) engineers view our servers in the cloud and manage our network between SIP suppliers.  Unlike many companies we have the flexiblity to route calls on different networks, rather than being limited to one provider.

If there is a fault we  send out emails to any clients affected, and ask that you monitor this page rather than contact our office while are engineers are resolving any faults or outages.
