How to install mySQL

Installer 

    1. Go to http://download.softagency.net/MySQL/Downloads/MySQLInstaller/ and download the latest “mysql-insta11er-web-community-x.x.xx.x.msi” file (currently mysql-installer-web-community-5.6.17.0.msi).
    2. Go through the installation process and select to install the Server ONLY when prompted.
    1. Server configuration type: Server Machine Tick the option: OpenFirewall port for network access.
  1. Enter the password (NB: please take note of both username and password as you will need them when installing the PBX).
  2. Create a new user: voispeed Host: the IP address of the phone server (NB: not the hostname) Role: DB Admin Password: as entered above.
  3. Finish the setup process.
  4. Go to start and select Start the client mySQL command line client.
  • Enter the Password
  • Enter “CREATE DATABASE voispeed;”
  • Enter “quit”
